PRESIDENT'S ASSOCIATES NEW OPPORTUNITIES

The President’s Associates awards scholarships to those students embracing higher education as a “new opportunity”.
-Enrolled full-time in Fall and Spring (of next year) at Palomar College
- Demonstrate financial need
- Must demonstrate one or more of the following circumstances: parent, re-entry student or working full-time
