PETEY ROMAN AODS MEMORIAL

Pete "Petey” Roman Jr is a Palomar Alumni who passed from unforeseen circumstances this year and this is award is a memorial in honor of him. Petey was always striving to be there for his friends who suffered from addiction and never judged anyone by their appearance. The award is presented to an AODS student who is planning on becoming an addiction counselor to continue the legacy that Petey started here on campus.
-Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
-Admissions Record for Major indicates: Alcohol and Other Drug Studies
-Must demonstrate financial need
-Enrolled at Palomar College or transferring to a 4-year university in Fall
-Thank you letter addressed to: Family of Petey Roman
