ISSA FAMILY FOUNDATION "Part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College Students"

Darrell and Kathy Issa, long-time supporters of Palomar College, set up this scholarship to provide scholarship assistance to those involved with the Veterans Resource Center at Palomar College.
This scholarship is part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College students.
In May 2008, the Osher Foundation made a historic $25 million lead gift endowment pledge to the California Community Colleges and committed additional matching dollars for amounts raised for new Palomar College scholarship programs.
– Must have completed at least 24 units of degree-applicable study
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Must be currently enrolled in at least 6 units at Palomar College in Spring, Fall and Spring (of next year)
- Must have qualified for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) in Spring, Fall and Spring (of next year)
- Must be a participant at the Veterans Resource Center
- Thank you letter addressed to: Issa Family Foundation
