DANIEL JOSEPH PhD. PRATOLA MEMORIAL

Dr. Daniel Joseph Pratola, is an example of the American Dream coming true. Born of Italian immigrant parents, he spent most of his childhood in foster care. In spite of many obstacles, he obtained a PhD, studied 11 languages and was fluent in six. Dr. Pratola taught Spanish at Palomar for 24 years. This scholarship in his name is intended to help others achieve their educational dreams.
