G. DANIEL AND BETTY BREWER FAMILY "Part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College Students"
Daniel Brewer’s interests and career has been in rockets and aircraft, and is most notable for writing the textbook Hydrogen Aircraft Technology in 1991, which is still being used today. Mr. Brewer supports scholarships in the field of Science. This scholarship is part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College students.
In May 2008, the Osher Foundation made a historic $25 million lead gift endowment pledge to the California Community Colleges and committed additional matching dollars for amounts raised for new Palomar College scholarship programs.
