HAL AND CAROL NEEDHAM

Local philanthropists Hal and Carol Needham’s support dates back to 2004. They have quietly given to many local charities over the years- Palomar College being just one of them. They are both local residents with a heart for higher education.
- Enrolled in at least 9 units in Fall and Spring (of next year) at Palomar College
- Must have a valid FAFSA on file
- Demonstrate financial need
