BILL OPIE & SELMA ZARAKOV-OPIE

Established in the 1990s by Bill and Selma Opie, this scholarship seeks to provide an annual award for a re-entry student or parent, living in the Palomar College district. Selma was the Coordinator for Seniors and a Counselor at Palomar College from 1975-1995.
-Enrolled full-time in Spring at Palomar College
- Cumulative GPA of at least 2.8
- Admissions Record for Major indicates one of the following: Psychology or Counseling
- Re-entry student or parent
- Completed 30 units at Palomar College prior to Spring
- Enrolled full-time at Palomar College
