BILL SHARP "Part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College Students"

Established in 2010 to honor past CEO/President of Barnhart Inc. Construction Mr. Bill Sharp. This scholarship is part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College students.
In May 2008, the Osher Foundation made a historic $25 million lead gift endowment pledge to the California Community Colleges and committed additional matching dollars for amounts raised for new Palomar College scholarship programs.

- Must have completed at least 24 units of degree-applicable study
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 units at Palomar College in Spring, Fall and Spring (of next year)
- Must have qualified for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) in Spring, Fall and Spring (of next year)
