DEBRA AND WARNER LUSARDI FOUNDATION "Part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College Students"

Established in 2010, this Foundation provides scholarship support for students involved with the Veterans Resource Center at Palomar College. Warner founded Lusardi Construction in 1958.
This scholarship is part of the Osher Initiative for California Community College students.
In May 2008, the Osher Foundation made a historic $25 million lead gift endowment pledge to the California Community Colleges and committed additional matching dollars for amounts raised for new Palomar College scholarship programs.
- Must have completed at least 24 units of degree-applicable study
- Must be currently enrolled in at least 6 units at Palomar College in Spring, Fall and Spring (of next year)
- Must have qualified for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) in Spring, Fall and Spring (of next year)
- Must have a valid FAFSA on file
- Must be a participant at the Veterans Resource Center
