SHAMAR TURNER MEMORIAL

To honor Palomar College student Shamar Turner, who lost his life in a motorcycle accident at the age of 21. In an effort to keep his passion for photography & videography alive and in hopes that it will help someone pursue their dreams, this scholarship has been set up at Palomar College.

-Enrolled in at least 9 units at Palomar College
-Must have a valid FAFSA on file
