Scholarships awarded to Palomar College students with need who demonstrate high academic achievement, and who are continuing on to a four year institution after completing their studies at Palomar College.
-Must demonstrate financial need
-Cumulative GPA of at least 3.5
-Transferring to a 4-year university in Fall
