Robert Richards, former Business instructor and Irene Richards, former Accounting instructor, award scholarships to incoming Escondido or Vista High School graduates whose interests lie in Business or Math. Leadership to be a consideration.

- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
- Admissions Record for Major indicates one of the following: Business, Accounting or Math

- Enrolled full-time in Fall and Spring (of next year) at Palomar College
